Los whiskies de grano son la base de la mayoría de los whiskies mezclados en todo el mundo. Nikka ha decidido utilizar la fotografía de columna (también conocida como fotografía Coffey) en lugar de las fotografías continuas más modernas para conservar más carácter en su producto final. Sin embargo, es bastante inusual embotellar y vender este producto en lugar de usarlo para mezclar. Los cereales que se utilizan aquí son principalmente maíz con un poco de cebada.

Nariz: Aroma a frutas tropicales, plátano y papaya.
