Made from a batch fermented entirely with Champagne yeast, the spirit matured for eight years in a first-fill ex-bourbon barrel, allowing its distinctive texture and fresh character to develop alongside the cask's vanilla sweetness. The whisky combines waxy, mineral notes with yellow fruits, raw cereal, and a subtle maritime character. Bottled at 52% ABV, it offers an expressive profile that emphasizes the spirit's individuality rather than heavy oak influence.

Nose: Thick beeswax and ripe yellow fruits mingle with mineral notes, fresh sea air, and a lightly peppery edge.

Palate: Mead-like sweetness, raw cereal, and a rich, oily texture lead into camphor, subtle wood spice, and a faint medicinal note. Vanilla and gentle fruit sweetness balance the distinctive mineral character.
