Envejecieron un grano de café de Sumatra tostado en un barril y un grano de Sumatra verde en el otro barril. Para nuestro No. 3, rellenaron el barril que contenía los granos de café tostados con su puré agrio de Tennessee, creando un whisky ahumado con notas de chocolate agridulce y café tostado; La sobremesa se ha redefinido.
