Penelope Cigar Sessions: Chapter 2 is a limited-release American whiskey developed in collaboration with Alec Bradley Cigars, designed to complement medium- to full-bodied cigars. Aged for six years, the blend combines rye bourbon, barley malt whiskey and American light whiskey, bringing together sweet grain character, rich oak and pronounced spice. Its mash bill comprises 69% corn, 19% rye and 12% malted barley. Bottled at 117.4 proof without chill filtration, it delivers a bold, concentrated profile with dark caramel, charred brown sugar, creamy malt and warming spice.

Penelope Cigar Series Chapter 2 American Whiskey Tasting Notes

Nose: Toasted oak, dark caramel and leather, with baking spices, clover honey, green apple and hints of vanilla.

Palate: Charred brown sugar, sweet corn and crème brûlée combine with creamy malt, cocoa and toasted oak. Rye spice and black pepper provide contrast to the rich sweetness.

Finish: Warm and persistent, with dark chocolate, burnt caramel, seasoned oak and lingering rye spice, followed by a subtle smoky note.
