Polanco Reposado is an organic tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the southern highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. The agave is cooked in traditional stone or brick ovens, crushed using a tahona, and double-distilled in copper pot stills. Rested in American white oak barrels, the tequila develops soft vanilla, gentle caramel and toasted oak while retaining the distinctive sweetness and earthy character of cooked agave. Its balance of fresh citrus, herbal notes and warm spice makes it suitable for sipping neat or enjoying in premium tequila cocktails.
Polanco Reposado Tequila Tasting Notes
Nose: Fresh lime, cooked agave and vanilla lead, accompanied by floral aromas, melon, ripe cherry, pineapple and hints of honey and tropical fruit.
Palate: Cooked agave and creamy vanilla combine with cinnamon, black pepper and citrus zest. Subtle mint, anise and tropical fruit add complexity, while gentle oak provides warmth and structure.
Finish: Lingering cooked agave, vanilla and warming spices, with fresh citrus, light oak and a delicate herbal character.
