Prairie Organic Vodka se destila de maíz orgánico no transgénico procedente de agricultores de Minnesota. Después de la cosecha, el maíz se lleva a una granja cooperativa donde se muele, se tritura y se fermenta. Este puré fermentado luego se lleva a la destilería Prairie, donde se destila en columna.
