Rabbit Hole Distilling, fundada por Kaveh Zamanian, está ubicada en Louisville, Kentucky. Rabbit Hole utiliza granos de origen local y barriles carbonizados al fuego de Kelvin Cooperage de Louisville. Su Kentucky Straight Rye tiene una mezcla de 95% de centeno y 5% de cebada malteada. El centeno se destila y envejece durante al menos 2 años en roble americano nuevo tostado y carbonizado (char #3) en Kentucky antes de ser embotellado con 47,5% ABV. Nota: Este producto pasó a llamarse a partir de septiembre de 2019 como Rabbit Hole "Boxergrail" Kentucky Straight Rye. El jugo sigue siendo el mismo, solo difieren el empaque y el nombre.
