Detailed Description
Detailed Description
An exceptionally limited 8-year-old single-barrel rye from Rare Character’s Brook Hill series, ‘Wist’ is a powerful expression bottled at 122.9 proof. Matured long enough to develop deep oak and dark fruit character while retaining the vibrant spice of well-aged rye, it balances rich caramel and chocolate with toasted nuts, leather and warming baking spice. Only 174 bottles were produced, making it a particularly scarce Brook Hill release.
