Nariz: Barricas de jerez ortodoxas y de gran calidad, el estilo es entre la vieja escuela y la nueva escuela, pasas, caramelo, pudín, nata, tabaco.

Boca: Sabor muy dulce y confortable, con elementos bien organizados, almíbar de px, nata, pulpa de naranja confitada, menta, nueces crudas, nueces molidas.

Final: Ligeramente astringente, un toque de amargor cítrico, ceniza, pegajoso, retrogusto fuerte.
