This expression is called Merak, named after one of the stars in Ursa Major constellation (AKA - the Big Dipper \/ AKA - the Plough). \r\nTo create this single malt, Spirit of Hven used a mix of American, French and Spanish oak casks to mature their Organic certified spirit. Only 25 casks were blended together, after which it was bottled by hand with no chill-filtration and numbered.\r\n\"this is one which really commands attention. High quality stuff.
