A highly limited fifth release in Still Austin’s Rare Stock series, this five-year-old bourbon showcases a distinctive mash bill built around malted blue corn, rye and malted barley. After its initial maturation, the bourbon received additional aging in a second oak barrel, creating a deeper and more layered expression. Rich dessert sweetness, ripe fruit, toasted oak and spice come together in a bold Texas bourbon with an unusually complex character.

Nose: Raw honey, sugar plum and orange cream with roasted coffee, almond bark, vanilla and cracked pepper.

Palate: Rich and creamy, with berries and cream, tangerine, carrot cake and cookie dough followed by nutmeg, pecan and warm toasted oak.

Finish: Long and warming, with bitter chocolate, campfire s’mores, clove, salted caramel and lingering toasted oak.
