Subtle Spirits Stellar Indiana Blended Bourbon Whiskey

Subtle Spirits STELLAR Bourbon is a carefully composed blend of seven bourbon barrels distilled at MGP in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. The blend combines six-, seven-, and eight-year-old straight bourbons made from both low-rye and high-rye mash bills. Selected barrels were finished in a combination of French oak, European oak, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chardonnay casks, adding layers of fruit, spice, and wood complexity. Bottled at 100 proof, the result balances classic bourbon sweetness with savoury notes and a distinctive, layered character.
