An exceptionally rare 20-year-old Kentucky bourbon from the Very Olde St. Nick collection, curated by Marci Palatella and bottled at Preservation Distillery in Bardstown. Matured for two decades in new charred American oak, this ultra-aged expression delivers remarkable concentration, depth and viscosity. Rich dark fruit, antique leather, toasted nuts and dark chocolate are layered with deep caramel and mature oak for an intensely developed bourbon.

Very Olde St. Nick Believe 20 Year Old Bourbon Whiskey Tasting Notes

Nose: Dark chocolate, caramel and dried fruit with antique leather, toasted nuts, vanilla, tobacco and deeply seasoned oak.

Palate: Dense and powerful, with dark chocolate, caramel, molasses and dried cherry followed by toasted nuts, leather, vanilla and mature oak. Rich wood sugars and extended maturation give the whiskey an exceptionally viscous, concentrated character.

Finish: Extremely long and warming, with lingering dark chocolate, dried fruit, leather, caramel and seasoned oak, finishing with baking spice and dark tobacco.
