Nariz: Humo dulce y pastel dulce con corteza quemada, hojaldre y natillas quemadas.

Boca: Ahumado y en contraste con la nariz un humo ceniciento, dulce y cremoso y pudín de vainilla.

Final: La sensación oleosa permanece por bastante tiempo.

Información de la destilería

La Destilería Waterford se creó en 2015 mediante la conversión de una antigua cervecería Guinness en Waterford, en el extremo sur de Irlanda. El fundador de la destilería, Mark Reynier, fue anteriormente el cerebro detrás de la reconstrucción de Islay Distillery Bruichladdich.
