The construction of the Molinello winery was completed in the late 90s. It compliments the historic Palazzo cellar of which is used for preserving the oldest vintages produced by the company. The wine portfolio is led with three different Brunellos. The Pianrosso cuvée is sourced from the 12 hectare (29-acre) vineyard of the same name. Fermented in stainless steel and glass-lined concrete vats it is aged for 36 months in large Slavonian oak casks.
