The family-owned estate was founded by John Wade in 1986. Upon inception, the portfolio was a duo of varietal Riesling and Cabernet Sauvignon. Amy and Jeff Burch joined in partnership in 1993 and today, the estate remains within the Burch family. Howard Park joined the Australia's First Famillies of Wine organisation in 2009.
