The grapes are grown in the coastal valley of Peru, which is the world’s largest exporter of Pisco. This is a high-quality pisco that has been aged for three years in barrels and sealed with wax. The label features a design from the 1940s and is named after Pedro Jimenez, the company’s founder. This pisco is made from grape musts and distilled twice. It is then aged for three years in barrels and sealed with wax. The spirit is known as the “Champagne of Pisco” and is a very high-quality pisco.
