A Midwinter Night’s Dram Straight Rye Whiskey | 2022 Anniversary Edition Act 10 Encore is the 10th year anniversary and will be very special limited edition bottling originally inspired by Shakespeare's play A Midsummer Night's Dream, this whiskey is just as complex and rich as the mind of the artist. Due to its many layers of complexity, High West Distillery recommends that you enjoy this neat. The rye forms a beautiful base of vanilla, caramel and cinnamon; the port barrels enhance with plums and dried fruits; the French oak provides a spice accent. Midwinter Night's Dram tastes like a proper Christmas plum pudding with lovely mulling spices, dried fruits, and crème anglaise.

Nose: Brandied cherries, fig jam, sun-dried raisins, dried orange peel, baking spice, French oak toast.

Palate: Quince paste, strawberry rhubarb crumble, vanilla caramel, molasses, toffee, leather.
