Nose: Abundant notes of smoked meats and brine.

Palate: Flavors of lemon zest, salt, grilled rosemary and ash.

Finish: Solid mezcal start to finish, with an extra little kick due to a touch higher alcohol content.

Distillery Information

This tequila is distilled in lowlands of the state of Jalisco. The master distiller is the third generation descendant of the original owner. Distillery was founded in 1873.
