1975 | Cockburn's | Vintage Port

The 1975 Cockburn has a huge nose of chocolate oranges and marmalade but with an interesting twist of rose perfume. Slighltly hollow entry, slow to develop in the mouth but patience rewards with lovely fruit and plenty of bitter orange. A touch of heat on the aftertaste, which settles quickly to a soft and sweet length of red licorice.

Cockburn's (Coh-burns) was founded in 1815 and has grown to become one of the world's great port houses. Makers of a complete line of fine ports, including Cockburn's Special Reserve - the world's most popular premium port -Cockburn's is known worldwide for its mature, less sweet wine style.
