Producer Information
Established in 1999 by four local winemaking families, Tabor is located in the Galilee Mountains where conditions are ideal for quality viticulture. From these humble beginnings Tabor has quickly grown to become one of Israel’s most recognised wineries with a diverse range of wines to suit every palate. In 2012 the winery made the decision to embrace organic agriculture and today their winemaking philosophy is centred around working in harmony with nature. They work closely with the Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel and minimise the use of herbicides and pesticides in their vineyards wherever possible.
