The nose is very fragrant with aromas of ripe citrus fruits, such as grapefruit and lemon, followed by aromas of white peach and a touch of crunchy pear. At the sip it is of great energy, freshness and persistent finish.

Annie and Philippe Bornard cultivate approximately 11 hectares in Pupillin, which is one of the largest appellations in the Jura. They are known for their artisanal approach and commitment to natural winemaking practices. Their portfolio includes this Vin Jaune, among other Jura wine styles, showcasing the distinct character and terroir of the region.
