2020 | Barkan | Cabernet Sauvignon Superiore

Barkan Superieure Cabernet 2020 (Kosher) is a full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon red wine from the Upper Galilee region of Israel. This wine is made from a selection of grapes from four plots in Merom Galilee. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 21 months. The nose reveals intense aromas of black fruits and spices, with a touch of cloves, tobacco and eucalyptus. On the palate, slightly savoury tannins and a refreshing acidity form the backbone for rich, ripe fruit flavours. The finish is long, with more black fruits, sweet spices and dark chocolate.
