Dark ruby in the glass, this wine features a bouquet of cranberry, smoked meat and thyme. It is juicy on the palate, with an opening salvo of pomegranate and cherry that is followed by notes of clove and anise backed by glossy tannins. A pleasing note of orange zest dominates the finish.
