An interesting expression from the Enemigo tequila range. This is the Enemigo 89 Añejo Cristalino - you may notice that it's a bit... Well, a bit clear for an añejo tequila. What they do is age the spirit for a year in American oak barrels, and then filter the tequila, removing the colour but keeping the flavour imparted by maturation.
