After 10 long years of resting in wooden casks, Menomonee Valley Single Malt is now ready and available for your enjoyment. Distilled in a pot still and derived only from malted barley, Menomonee Valley Single Malt is as close to Scotch as possible outside of Scotland.
Great Lakes Menomonee Valley Single Malt Whiskey Tasting Notes
Nose:Notes of chocolate, smoke, and grain detectable.
Palate: On the palate, the flavor profile is out of balance with a cloying sweetness playing against an unpleasantly acrid smokiness.
Finish: There is an unpleasant note reminiscent of burnt plastic, but, mercifully, the finish is quick and short.

Great Lakes Distillery is a small-batch distillery located in Milwaukee Wisconsin's first distillery to open since prohibition, producing award winning Rehorst Vodka, Gin, Citrus Honey Vodka, Roaring Dan's Rum, Kinnickinnic Whiskey, Amerique 1912 Absinthe Verte & Absinthe Rouge, plus a host of seasonal spirits.
