Aged for 4 years in freshly toasted oak & a total of 12 years before release, this is a smokey, vanilla-led sake with gentle Bourbon notes on the nose. Serve alone as a digestif or with mature cheeses for a truly wonderful end to a meal.

Palate: A very pleasant, rich and smooth taste in the mouth. Lovely texture.

Distillery Information

Our shochu distillery was founded in the middle of the Edo period and our 14th generation of Hayashi, who is currently in charge of the distillery, devotes himself to traditional shochu distillation, which has been passed down through the family.
