Marlin & Barrel introduced limited release of Shoreline Straight Bourbon Whiskey. This product is homegrown, distilled and aged in-house in new American charred white oak barrels. After 25+ months of aging, this bourbon has earned the distinguished classification of straight bourbon as noted by the Alcohol and Tobacco TTB regulations.

Nose: Molasses and caramel.
Palate: Traditional Bourbon mash whiskey flavor.
Finish: Smooth Finish.
Distillery Information
Marlin & Barrel is a small boutique distillery on Amelia Island in Florida offering a locally sourced silver rum. A basic Florida sugar cane silver rum fused with a Vanilla bean Espresso. The Espresso compliments and helps pull the vanilla out of the rum. The deep espresso flavor works well with the rum. Not so strong that it hides the rum.
