I.2 sees the introduction of 10% heavily peated single malt from Islay - other than that, the whisky has the exact same make up as Reference Series I, your 'control' whisky in this case. How much influence would 10% peated whisky have on Reference Series I, already made up of a core of youthful, clean blended malt top dressed with a pair of incredible, well-aged single malts?
