Schladerer Williams Birne Brandy is a brandy distilled from Williams Birne plums and distilled in the Black Forest of Germany. This brandy is aged for at least 18 months in oak barrels. Schladerer Williams Birne Brandy is the only brandy distilled from Williams Birne plums in the world.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
