Skol London Dry Gin has lighter aromas that have a crisp, zesty character. On the palate it is dry and crisp with hints of sweet zest and licorice. Finishes quickly, though cleanly. Its versatility with mixers has made it a prime beneficiary of the recipe revolution. Although gin has generally been dominated by the martini, it mixes well with fruit juices and a variety of soft drinks.

Distillery Information

Located at 1101 N Front St. in Philadelphia,Bottles of Dougherty whiskey were packaged and sold for medicinal use during Prohibition and many of these have survived with their original contents. The packaging frequently cites the Dougherty Distillery Warehouse Co. (see thumbnails below), a company that was licensed as a concentration warehouse and bottler during Prohibition.
