The 2012 Brand Cabernet Sauvignon combines power and elegance. Vibrant, complex, rich and supple, its tannins are silky and round. Aromas of boysenberry, black cherry, cassis, espresso, a hint of mint and toasted oak jump from the glass and reveal a multi-dimensional mouthfeel that is both textured and layered.

• Wine Advocate: The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon, which is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged 19 months in 70% new French oak, represents 480 cases of sumptuous Cabernet Sauvignon. Fresh-roasted mocha-infused coffee notes interwoven with blackberry, cassis, blueberry and a touch of white flowers emerge from this opaque purple-colored, full-bodied, velvety smooth and luscious wine.

• Wine Spectator: Streamlined and pleasantly austere, with dusty earth and dried berry flavors at the core, showing accents of cedar and anise on the finish. Refined.

Brand Napa Valley is an 110-acre estate on Pritchard Hill with a total of 15 acres planted at three distinct vineyard elevations ranging from 1200-1400 ft. to Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The winery and caves were thoughtfully created with the attention to detail that is the hallmark of our winemaking. Private tasting by appointment are held in either the beautifully appointed tasting salon or adjacent in the landscaped garden complete with water feature. The winery produces four wines: Brand Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvigon, Proprietary Blend, Brio and White Wine.
