Château Dompierre is located in Saint-Laurent-Médoc , near Pauillac in Bordeaux . Michel Aroldi , born in Libourne, has a long farming history. In 1993, he bought Château Plain-Point in Fronsac and established himself as a very talented winemaker. Attracted by an evolution in terms of growth, Michel Aroldi acquires Château Dompierre on the terroir of Pauillac. He attaches great importance to respecting the ecosystem , the terroir and the vintage. Thus, from the vine to the aging at the winery, he sets up a process of sustainable agriculture , inspired by simple and natural rules.
