Producer Information

The company is based in the municipality of La Morra, in the small hamlet of Santa Maria. The family has been dedicated to viticulture since 1960, but it was with the 1987 harvest that Erado Viberti decided to vinify his own grapes, coming from the six hectares of vineyards cultivated in equal parts with Dolcetto, Barbera and Nebbiolo da Barolo. The love for the land and for the vine handed down to Eraldo by his parents translates into the production of wines of the highest quality, obtained through serious and meticulous work in the vineyard and in the cellar: in the vineyard, where natural methods and fertilizers are used, with pruning and harvesting carried out strictly by hand; in the cellar where the pressed grapes ferment in steel tanks in contact with the skins, and the wine ages, depending on the type, in steel tanks or small wooden barrels. The company has been certified organic since 2018.
