A new page in its history has been written since January 1, 2019. Antoine Sauty and his wife Isaline took over from Pierre, giving new impetus to the estate. A trained winegrower and agricultural engineer, Antoine has a vision centered on respect for nature and the soils that make up our terroir. This results in the conversion of the estate to organic cultivation and an emphasis placed on the landscape enhancement of the production sites. It's about finding the best balance between productivity and the environment. This desire encourages us to reconsider the way we approach our profession and pushes us to implement a long series of measures. Which include, for example, the creation of a bocage network, an aquatic biotope, shelters for birds, micromammals and insects or the adoption of less invasive tillage and grass management techniques. . It is in this sense that the estate has welcomed new residents (sheep and goats) to help us maintain our land by reducing the passage of machines and for the pleasure of visitors.
