Producer Information
Domaine des Buis is a French vineyard in the Aveyron region, specifically in Entraygues-sur-Truyère, known for its biodynamic practices and unique terroir. The domaine is owned by Pauline Broqua, who previously worked as a sommelier and studied under Nicolas Carmarans. She converted the vineyard to biodynamic farming after purchasing it in 2018, emphasizing manual labor and plowing over chemical treatments. The domaine produces wines under the AC Entraygues & Le Fel appellation, focusing on preserving the region's winemaking heritage and showcasing its distinct character.
