Celebrating their 15th year in the craft and the centennial of their Texas Fireproof Storage building – a resilient structure that withstood the 1953 tornado – this whiskey is steeped in history and tradition.

Palate: Notes of dried fruits, nuts, and spices
Finish: Impressive length on the finish, very unique and complex.
Distillery Information
Balcones was founded in 2008 and began distilling in 2009. The original distillery, built mostly by hand, existed until 2015. In early 2016, the building that had long served as a barrel warehouse became the new home of Balcones.
