Drouin Experimental Arran Angels | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: On the nose, this calvados is delicate. It expresses all the aromas of apples, between ripe apples and apple fried in butter. It then opens with notes of malt, apricot and pear.

Palate: The palate is full of finesse, with a perfect balance between roundness and acidity.

Finish: The finish features notes of hazelnut and cereal.
