Edinburgh Gin is produced by the Spencerfield Spirits Co, who have created a modern Scottish gin in the time-honoured fashion, including unusual botanicals such as heather and milk thistle. A very easy-drinking gin.

Edinburgh Gin Tasting Notes

Nose: Smooth juniper, citrus zest, heather and conifer cones form a delightful, soft nose.

Palate: A juniper-forward palate with tart lime peel and orange zest. Creamy vanilla blends with cool menthol, before ground coriander spice gives warmth and depth.

Finish: A creamy, medium-length finish. The warm spice lingers with a touch of sweetness.

Spencerfield Spirits was founded by Alex Nicol, a former marketing director at Glenmorangie. Family owned and operated, Spencerfield is a small-batch craft distillery situated in the small town of Edinburgh, Scotland. Spencerfield is main mission is to produce the finest quality niche craft alternatives to big league brands. And their quirky farm inspired products measures up. Their flagship award-winning Sheep Dip was dubbed ‘extraordinary’ with a score of 96/100 at the Ultimate Spirit Challenge.
