Their Maestro Mezcalero, Don Manuel Gonzalez, has built the only Mezcalera company of the Mixteca Oaxaquena region that has the organic certification MEX-2016-089, and is 100% sustainable in its production, maintaining a high commitment with its community and with its collaborators. EL SECRETO is made with Agave Espadin, creating a noble flavor and harmonious aroma that is achieved as a result of the artisanal and traditional elaboration of three generations by the Gonzalez family.
