A small-batch single malt from Tasmanian distillery Hellyers Road here comprised of a 12-year-old single malt aged in an American oak bourbon cask and a 5-year-old whisky aged in a Port cask. It was bottled at 46.2% ABV without chill-filtration or additional colouring.

Nose Green leaf and honeyed black tea with a hint of orange blossom.
Palate Marmalade and seared winter berries.
Finish Smooth, long with lingering hints of nutmeg.
Distillery Information
Hellyers Road began in Burnie, Tasmania. Above the town is a road that, back in the 1800s used to be bush. In 1827, Henry Hellyer carved out the bush to create a trail with nothing but the most basic tools. Fast forward to 1999, and a group of dairy farmers in Burnie were so inspired by Henry Hellyer that they created a whisky distillery in his honour.
