Suntory celebrates its centenary this year by releasing four limited-edition whiskies. Part of the line-up, the 21-year-old Hibiki 100th Anniversary Edition is masterfully crafted by Chief Blender ?Shinji Fukuyo and his team. Aged in Mizunara oak as a sign of respect for Japanese heritage, this extraordinary whisky unveils kumquat and jasmine on the nose with a hint of Japanese incense, followed by a sweet, floral palate with notes of spiced sandalwood, and culminating in a long, deep finish.
