This gin from South Carolina uses whole dried juniper berries from the Pacific Northwest, and botanicals including cardamom and coriander. The result is a well-balanced, citrus-forward gin with a juniper backbone. It won a Bronze medal at the 2014 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
