Released in June 2024, HIRSCH The Single Barrel White is a cask strength Kentucky straight bourbon offering. This small batch of single barrels are made with a mash bill recipe of 74% corn, 18% rye, and 8% malted barley and aged in charred, new American oak barrels for 4 years and 8 months. Bottled at cask strength, expect flavor profiles to vary from barrel to barrel as is the nature of such releases.

Nose: Very elegant and precise aromas.

Palate: On the palate it is very elegant, rich and full-bodied.
