• Allen Meadows: This is easily the most elegant wine in the range with its admirably pure, cool and airy nose that combines notes of Granny Smith apples and petrol with those of white flower, quinine, yeast and a whiff of bakery shop character. The equally pure and much more refined middle weight flavors terminate in an intensely saline and bone dry finish that is sneaky long.

• Wine Enthusiast: Tight, textured with strong minerality and deliciously perfumed freshness, this Champagne is very fine. Zesty with citrus flavors and floral with green apples, this bottling is just ready to drink.

Domaine Labruyere, founded almost 200 years ago, is strongly attached to traditional values - Family, hard work and respect of Nature . The winery practices sustainable farming in order to pass on healthy soils and vineyards to future generations.
Very concerned by the individuality of each terroir, Domaine Labruyere has established a vineyard designated approach, as practiced in Burgundy. The grape harvest is always manual, and the sorting is made with precaution directly in the vineyard in order to select only the healthy bunches before being transported to the estate to be pressed directly. We pick the grapes later that many other vine growers to obtain base wines with balance approaching our Burgundy wines.Pressing is carried out in a very gentle and progressive way to get the highest quality juice. Thanks to the fractioning of marc we can separate the cuvée, the most qualitative must used for our assemblages, from all other phases of pressing. Les tailles, the first and the last presses are not used for J.M. Labruyère Champagne.
