Nose Huling Station Straight Bourbon opens with stone fruit, dark cherries, and creamy vanilla with a wisp of rye spice on the nose.

Palate The palate hints at cinnamon and rich caramel.

Finish Dry, subtle notes of pipe tobacco and velvety dark chocolate round out the finish.

Distillery Information

Old Dominick Distillery has been in the whiskey business for more than 150 years. Originally established in 1866 by Domenico Canale, fifth-generation founders Chris and Alex Canale restarted the distillery in the heart of downtown Memphis, Tennessee in 2017. Old Dominick Distillery is the first distillery making whiskey in downtown Memphis since prior to Prohibition. The distillery features a 50,000 square-foot set of historic industrial buildings restored as a spirits distillery, along with a tour, tasting room, retail spirits shop, event spaces, and restaurant. It’s more than just a production facility, it’s a place where people go and get together.
