Pegasus Gin Orion | 500ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Very discreet with notes of lavender, flowers and cucumber.
Palate: Powerful, aromatic and explosive. Fresh notes of eucalyptus, juniper and pine combined with pepper and aromas of melon and green apple.
Finish: At the end of the palate, it is slightly spicy and persistent.
Distillery Information
The PEGASUS distillery was created by Maxime Girardin, son of Vincent Girardin, a renowned winemaker from Meursault. After 15 months of construction work, the Pegasus distillery opened its doors in Meursault in 2020, becoming one of the most modern distilleries in the region.
