Pinhook 2023 War ( 8 Year Old ) Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Rich, mature, and layered bourbon. An inviting and opulent nose of cinnamon raisin bread, dried dark fruits, demerara sugar and wild cherries coated in milk chocolate. Coating and chewy on the palate, the caramelized sugar notes dominate initially before soft oak spice and baked orchard fruits slowly creep in with buttered toffee. The finish is long and balanced with a soft ribbon of spice threaded through the rich brown sugar and caramel before a slow fade of vanilla.
