Situated in Bavaria, Slyrs is a German distillery which has been producing whisky since 1999. This 3-year-old single malt is an independent release from That Boutique-y Whisky Company.

Distillery Information

In 1999 Florian Stetter started Slyrs (which is the original name of Shliersee). The distillation was done in a facility where other spirits than whisky were made. In 2007 the Slyrs Distillery finally opened with brand new equipment.
