From the Okinawa-based Helios distillery comes this limited release of Teeda Craft Rum, aged for an impressive 21 years. Distilled in a copper pot still, it aged in new American oak barrels. Only 2,500 bottles were produced, making this ideal for connoisseurs of Japanese spirits.

Teeda Craft Rum 21 Year Old | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Finesse and refinement with a soft side and liquorice notes.

Palate: Beautifully persistent, straight-lined, ending with chocolate notes and a delicate touch of vanilla.

Finish: Lingering and soft despite its 48% strength.

Distillery Information

Helios Distillery was founded in 1961. Our concept was “making liquor from ingredients of the land,” and started off our business by producing rum from local sugarcane. With that motto we continue to produce various types of liquor. Our most famous products include the “Kusu Kura”, an Awamori aged in barrels, which is quite rare, and a fruity Weizen beer aptly named “the Beer of the Blue Ocean and Sky”.
